Can not configure Network Adapters / Host Virtual Adapters missing under Vista(Ultimate)

I had version 39849 installed and everything worked fine. Upgraded to 42757 and now I dont have any Network-Adapters. My LAN-Adapter shows only the Anti-Virus filter and the client for MS-Networks but no protocol.
If I want to add a protocol I get the Error that the System could not find the file. The same with new Services to that Adapter.

I uninstalled Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 but everything is still the same. Installing it again won't work because of an installation error 1722. I cannot install Networkcards. Is there any way to reset the whole network?

Anyone any ideas?
